The unlock

Nobody likes tugging at a bike that says it’s open.

So we don’t guess. A ride only begins once the lock itself confirms it physically opened — and if it doesn’t open, you aren’t charged. Every bike carries its own secure connection, so your phone never pairs with anything. Scroll to follow a real unlock.
